Accounting Trainer (ACLP/ACTA)

- Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions on Accounting modules, including but not limited to Financial Statements, Management Accounting, and other relevant topics. Ensure sessions are practical and aligned with real-world applications to enhance learners' understanding.
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve course materials, training guides, and resources, including digital content, to meet evolving industry standards and support effective learning outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks related to student engagement, including taking attendance, grading assessments, and providing timely feedback to foster a structured and supportive learning environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CPA qualification preferred).
- ACLP or ACTA certification is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in delivering accounting-related training to diverse learner groups.
- Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training evaluation techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for various audiences.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as LMS, E-learning platforms, and multimedia tools.
Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
- ACLP/ACTA (Required)
