In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.?
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements: Conduct meeting to understand business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Document requirements: Create clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation to communicate requirements to development teams.
- Develop process models and workflows: Create visual representations of business processes to identify potential areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
- Perform data analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings: Conduct meetings to gather feedback, present findings, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Track project progress: Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Stay current on new technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis for Securities business in the Fund Services space
- Fluent in Jasper, BIPub reporting tools, JBOSS and Maria database technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate complex issues systematically.
- Familiarity with securities and Fund business for regional markets in Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to multi-task and prioritize workload.
