Architectural Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Architectural Assistant to support our design and project teams. This role involves working closely with architects to develop and detail architectural plans, models, and visualizations that align with project objectives and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and plans that meet project specifications and standards.
  • Utilize Auto CAD, BIM, 3D Modelling, and Sketch Up to create accurate architectural representations and presentations.
  • Support the design team with research, technical drawings, and presentations to facilitate project progress.
  • Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure design compliance and alignment with architectural intent.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD, BIM, 3D Modelling, and Sketch Up.
  • Strong visual and technical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within the architectural team.
