Responsibilities:
- Perform audit engagements and to supervised the associates on the team for audit engagements;
- Coordinating the audit engagement from planning to completion within the stipulated time frame and with the required expected level of quality;
- Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team
- Developing strong working relationships with the client and the client staff involved; and
- Delegating to junior team members, provide on the job training and provide feedback.
- Candidates must be in possession of a university degree in Accountancy, or have completed their ACCA professional qualification or similar qualifications.
- Preference given to Chartered Accountants in Singapore
- Advanced stage of completing their ACCA qualification may also apply.
- Proven professional track record with a minimum of two years of audit experience is required with a good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Computer literacy; MS Word and Excel.
- Good both spoken and written English
- Good team player.
