Automation Software Engineer - PLC programmer

- Follow SDLC to develop quality software and draft design specifications.
- Interpret requirements, define design parameters, and ensure timely, budget-friendly solutions.
- Analyze control system requirements.
- Program software (PLC and HMI), implement systems, test, and debug.
- Maintain thorough documentation.
- Design and update detailed electrical schematic drawings.
- Source and select electrical components, prepare, and issue the Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Analyze existing software for improvements.
- Troubleshoot software and electrical issues promptly to meet project deadlines.
- Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support at customer locations.
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in the automation or semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in PLC and HMI programming
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
