- Represent Kind Kones with enthusiasm and a can-do spirit
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (main) and ice cream and desserts as per order
- Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee
- Be knowledgeable of the overall menu; be able to make tailored recommendations
- Introduce clear SOPs for coffee and beverage preparation and conducting service training to all other staff
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stock management - ordering and proper storage of products to ensure stable inventory levels
- Able to perform cashier and order-taking duties.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and flag for servicing or repairs when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas/outlets
- Perform outlet opening or closing duties
- 2 years of experience as a Barista.
- 5 days 44hrs
- Opening Shift：8:30am to 6pm
- Closing Shift：1pm to 10:30pm
