About the Role:
We are seeking an highly motivated Bartender to join our team. No experience needed, we will provide a full training program.

About the Role:
We are seeking an highly motivated Bartender to join our team. No experience needed, we will provide a full training program.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests, creating a positive and engaging experience.
- Offer detailed explanations of the menu and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Prepare tables with appropriate linens, flatware, and glassware.
- Accurately process food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Relay order details to the kitchen staff clearly and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and dishes.
- Present checks and handle bill payments with accuracy.
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- No prior experience needed; we provide thorough training.
- Basic knowledge of cash registers and ordering systems is a plus.
- Good math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong customer service skills, with attentiveness and patience.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong listening skills.
