We are looking for a skilled and passionate Facial Trainer or Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of skin care treatments, facial techniques, and beauty products. As a Facial Trainer, you will be responsible for providing professional facial services to clients and educating other team members or trainees on proper facial techniques, product usage, and client care.
THE JOB:

• Evaluate clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments or skincare routines.
• Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturizing, using appropriate techniques and products.
• Train other beauticians and provide ongoing education and development for staff to maintain a high standard of service.
• Facilitate hands-on workshops and seminars.
• Customize treatments based on skin types, conditions, and client needs.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, skincare products, and facial techniques.
• Educate clients on skincare best practices and post-treatment care.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
• Maintain inventory of beauty products and tools; ensure proper sterilization and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Dermatology or related field.
• Proven experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, Facial Trainer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different skin types and conditions, skincare products, treatments, and equipment.
• Proficiency in various beauty treatments and aesthetic procedures.
• Ability to educate and train others effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess clients’ needs accurately.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
