Location: Central Area (MRT Lines) - Millennia Walk & Raffles City Shopping Mall
Working Hours: Shifts (5 or 6 days per week; 9-hour workdays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, distribute product samples, brochures, and flyers, and assist customers in finding suitable products.
• Engage with customers to discover their wants and needs, building productive and trusting relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and "go the extra mile" to drive sales.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and act as an expert for customers.
• Conduct brand/product training for peers when required.
• Support overall day-to-day retail operations and maintain store housekeeping.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
• Sales-oriented with a genuine passion for beauty.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fast-paced and collaborative working style.

Salary Range: Earn up to an average of S$10,000 per month (uncapped)
