BIM Modeller (MEP)

- Create accurate and organized structural Revit (BIM) models and/or Auto CAD drawings.
- Develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients and construction using BIM software.
- Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings according to requirement.
- Develop plan, elevation, section, and detail drawings from the models with adequate detail and proper annotation for tender and construction.
- Develop and maintain office BIM/CAD standards and procedures for sheet layout, layering, modelling processes and drawing formats.
- Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems).
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture/ M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
- Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture.
- Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
- Candidate with LTA- MRT experience advantage.
- To be based in project site office.
- 6 Working Days per week.
- Working Location: Tampines.
