• Attachment to various Client’s office/site. Work closely with the project team and client on site on the production of drawings.

Candidates shall possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the:

• Creation of 3D BIM models using BIM authoring software for Singapore building projects (preferably with experience in modelling HDB projects); and / or
• Tier 4 Digital Delivery Management (DDM) Accreditation by building SMART Singapore (b SS) will be an added advantage.

- Diploma, Higher NITEC or NITEC in Architecture, civil & structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or other relevant fields.
- Good interpersonal skills, be meticulous and independent, have pleasant disposition and effective communication skills
- BIM-related certification from BCA Academy or equivalent.
- Well-versed in Archi CAD (completed the advanced training) and Auto CAD, and well- versed in Revit will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper will be an added advantage.
