- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sales (POS) system.
- Meet team sales targets to contribute to the store’s success.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- ü Feedback or report timely to store-in-charge on any issue related to sales operations, inventory, and other operations matters.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
- Assist in other ad hoc activities assigned by store-in-charge.
- ‘N’ Level & above; additional education or certification in sales or retail is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year experience in the retail industry (preferably in FMCG/F&B)
Full Timer:
- Attractive remuneration package (SGD1,800 and above, depend on experience)
