The company offers design, installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C) services for Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems and process systems. Their key services include:

Chiller Systems: Installation of water-cooled, air-cooled, or brine chillers, along with associated piping, valves, electrical panels, and accessories.

Cooling Towers: Installation of various types of cooling towers (cross flow, counter flow, closed loop, stainless steel) with structural supports, electrical panels, and variable speed drives (VSD).

Pumps: Installation of various pumps (CHW, CW, makeup, stainless steel) with piping, valves, electrical components, and VSD.

Water Tanks: Supply and installation of stainless steel water tanks with piping, valves, and accessories.

Air Handling Units (AHU), Make-Up Air Units (MAU), Fan Coil Units (FCU): Installation with chilled water piping, valves, ducts, and electrical work.

Mechanical Ventilation Systems: Installation of fresh and exhaust fans with ducting, dampers, diffusers, grilles, and electrical components.

VRV / Split Units: Installation of VRV/split units with piping, drainage, and electrical/control cabling.

Piping Work: Supply and installation of chilled water (CHW) and cooling water (CW) pipes for ACMV systems, and stainless steel piping for process systems.

Duct Work: Installation of galvanized, pre-insulated, or stainless steel ducting.

Electrical Panel & Cabling: Installation of electrical panels and associated cabling.

Control Work / Energy Management Systems: Installation of server, DDC panels, flowmeters, sensors, actuators, and control cabling.

Clean Room Design & Build: Design and construction of clean rooms (Class 100K and Class 10K).
Job Description
Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of systems that control and monitor a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, such as HVAC, lighting, energy management. Key responsibilities include:
- System Design & Integration: Design and integrate various building systems into the BMS platform.
- Installation & Commissioning: Oversee installation and ensure systems function correctly through testing and troubleshooting.
- Programming & Configuration: Develop control logic and configure user interfaces, alarms, and reports.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance for efficiency and cost savings.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system longevity.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate performance reports and maintain system documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with other engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth system operation and integration.
- Energy Management: Implement energy-saving strategies and sustainability initiatives.
- Upgrades & Compliance: Manage system upgrades and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
