The Certified Pre-Owned Instrument (CPO) business is a top choice for budget-conscious customers looking to purchase pre-owned analytical instrumentation from Agilent that meets the same high standards for quality and post-sale ownership protection as new Agilent instruments. As budgets decrease and demands for productivity increase, customers need reliable, high-quality equipment at affordable prices. Pre-owned analytical instruments are received from various sources and undergo cleaning, refurbishment, and testing according to Agilent standards and specifications in preparation for resale through Agilent's Certified Pre-Owned Instrument program. The CPO business is rapidly growing and highly visible within LSAG, and it aims to expand its global reach by establishing a new refurbishment capability footprint in Singapore. As a Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for (not limited):

1. Responsible for performing a variety of support duties within the manufacturing environment. Work activities are focused on one or more areas of manufacturing operations support:

• Warehouse / Remarketed Instrument point of contact
  

2. Materials handling, involving physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment:

• Inventory management: In charge of the inbound and outbound warehouse goods inventory (Instruments and Parts)
  
• Manage parts inventory and ensure availability/replenishment
  
• Preparation of Production Orders (Parts picking and Unrefurb instruments)
  

3. Quality, involving inspections of raw materials and in-process and/or finished products to ensure compliance with Agilent’s quality and reliability standards.

• Facilitates wall-to-wall inventory count
  
• Perform Finished Goods packaging and facilitate shipments.
  
• Management of i TRP (Internal Technology Transfer) instruments to RB inventory
  

4. Prepares and maintains applicable records and documentation.

• Validation of courier invoice/billing for payment processing
  
• Enter data into or access information in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
  
• Typically, candidates should have at least 3-6 years of relevant experience to qualify for this position.
  
• Fostering innovation and emphasizing continuous development.
  
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP ECC and warehouse management.
  
• Proficiency in assisting others with technical problems.
  
• Demonstrated experience with Excel data entry and report generation.
  
• Understanding of bill of material structures, part numbers, and product configuration.
  
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Ability to collaborate with global team members.
  
• Customer-centric and self-motivated.
  
• Experience in working in an environment with interruptions and multiple changing priorities.
  
• Taking personal responsibility and ownership; exercising diligence and being detail oriented.
