Responsibilities
- Answer client queries and engage clients through phone, email and chat bot
- Take ownership of client support tickets on Zendesk and ensure prompt resolution to all client inquiries and issues
- Demonstrate exceptional prioritization and time management skills and through escalating when appropriate, maintain and enhance long-term client relations
- Ad Hoc projects may be allocated from time to time
- Can commit 3 months and more for this internship, preferably 6 months
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Able to work independently/remotely and also as a team player
- Good attitude and willing to learn
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high self-assurance, energy and drive
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
