- You always maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the Principal's and guests' personal/ business matters, including sensitive information, communications and documents, both within and outside the organization.
- Be the first point of contact for the Principal.
- Be the trusted support of the Principal, whether at home or at work, traveling together locally and overseas, chauffeuring Principal and guests when necessary.
- Manage protocols and SOPs in line with directives.
- Coordinate well with other teams and colleagues to ensure a seamless service, regardless of time of day.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions, ensuring a stress-free experience for all stakeholders.
- Build meaningful relationships with Principal, clients and teammates by showing genuine interest and concern, and recording personal preferences and special occasions.
- Anticipate and fulfill the Principal’s needs, from coordinating appointments/ reservations to handling local/ travel logistics and business/ personal errands.
- Manage finances, including payments, expense reports, claims, and maintaining weekly/ monthly financial records.
- Research and source vendors, services, and products as requested by the Principal.
