COOK


Job Duties:

• Assist in the production of different types of food, including soft diet and pureed meals based on planned menus

• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, with a consistently high standard

• Comply with and uphold all health and safety standards with regards to all food, beverage and equipment in the kitchen

• Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen

• Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance
  

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Able to adapt, work well independently and in a team.
• Understand, speak and read basic English.
• Able to perform shift duty for 6-day rostered week (1st shift starts at 5.30am, last shift ends at 8.00pm) including weekend and public holidays.
