Job Duties:
- Assist in the production of different types of food, including soft diet and pureed meals based on planned menus
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, with a consistently high standard
- Comply with and uphold all health and safety standards with regards to all food, beverage and equipment in the kitchen
- Ensure cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen

Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.
- Able to adapt, work well independently and in a team.
- Understand, speak and read basic English.
- Able to perform shift duty for 6-day rostered week (1st shift starts at 5.30am, last shift ends at 8.00pm) including weekend and public holidays.
- Annual, medical, dental and hospital/surgical insurance coverage

Meals are provided during shift work hours
