Core Responsibilities
The Corporate Communication Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Global Press Office and assisting with broader external corporate assignments and campaigns.
Your tasks will be:
- Global Press management – supporting with responding to media enquiries, assisting with messaging and statements.
- Proactive external media relations – pitching stories to corporate/business media, planning and hosting media visits.
- Campaign planning and activation support for corporate media activities eg. earnings announcements and large events. This includes developing, writing, and curating information for the media.
- Media monitoring and measurement – management of media monitoring tools, regular creation of reports and compiling data for internal use.
- Multimedia development including own recording and editing of impactful video and working with external suppliers on production assignment.
You will be part of a high-performing, fast-paced communications team who is passionate about delivering great quality work, innovating, learning, and caring for each other! The role sits within the Global Corporate Communications team with plenty of room to help shape our ambition and plans. Day-to-day you will be supporting your external communications colleagues and working closely with a global PR community network.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience at either a PR agency, an in-house Corporate Communications team, or as a journalist. You have worked with media relations in a constantly evolving media landscape and gained a thorough understanding of earned media channels. Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Furthermore, you have:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
- Strong project management and execution skills and ability to drive with high attention to quality and detail
- Experience with event management
- A genuine interest in working with corporate communication and a constant drive to learn more
- The ability to network and navigate in a large global organization
