- Incorporating new companies, registration of foreign entities and limited liability partnerships and Striking off companies.
- Preparing minutes of meetings, resolutions and supporting documents Issuing Share Certificates.
- Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns to ACRA.
- Update and maintain statutory and corporate records required by Companies Act.
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes Prepare and filing of e-forms (ACRA) and e-stamping of transfer forms.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide good client service ensuring clients 's queries are promptly addressed.
- Graduate from ICSA or Diploma in Law or Accountancy with good experience in corporate secretarial work, Qualified Individual an added advantage
- Organized and meticulous, self-motivated and ambitious
- Good knowledge of relevant provisions of the Singapore Companies Act, Code of Corporate Governance, ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Confident, independent and adaptable
- Tech-driven mindset: always find ways to improve efficiency and adapt easily to a fast-paced and an ever-changing environment
- Independent in managing own workload
