We are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive to perform a broad range of corporate secretarial and administrative tasks to support the firm. He/she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the firm and to help the CEO and team operate effectively and efficiently, by providing critical administrative, communication and organisational support.
Job Description – Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support on a wide range of corporate secretarial matters including maintaining the company database of corporate secretarial files and statutory records, drafting, execution and upkeep of corporate secretarial documents such as resolutions, minutes and regulatory filings, assisting with company incorporations and company striking off, liaising with external service providers on corporate secretarial matters
- Coordinate with executive assistant to arrange for documents execution (printing, scanning, affixation of company stamp and mailing)
- Support the legal and compliance team on routine matters such as ongoing third-party due diligence checks, regulatory filings as well as external KYC and audit requests
- Support the finance team on data entry, preparation and maintenance of weekly/monthly reports, records and invoices and bank account opening
- Other ad hoc administrative and operational support for the office and team as requested
