To keep the magic of Bingsusu going, we’re looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. This key role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that every aspect of the café runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• *Staff Management:* Hiring, training, and supervising part-time staff to ensure exceptional service and efficient operations.
  

• *Operations Oversight:* Coordinating with suppliers to maintain inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed, and handling logistics to keep everything running seamlessly.
  

• *Customer Service:* Ensuring that all customer interactions are positive, addressing any concerns, and maintaining the café’s welcoming and fun-loving atmosphere.
  

• *Bingsu Production:* Overseeing the preparation of Bingsu, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
  

• *Administrative Duties:* Liaising with landlords, managing operational paperwork, and handling any issues related to the café’s operations.
