Customer Experience Insights Senior Specialist

In this role, you will be an important team player in helping us make better customer-backed decisions. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the company in a fast-paced and global team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Global Insights: You will deliver impactful, data-driven customer experience insights that shape business strategies across Australia, Singapore, and the United States.
- Voice of the Customer: Your primary focus will be analyzing customer feedback to pinpoint friction points in the customer journey, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and representing the customers in strategic decisions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. Understand their needs, guide them in making informed decisions, and align recommendations to ensure smooth execution.
- Actionable Insights: Extract actionable insights from complex qualitative and quantitative data and prioritize key improvements. You will present your findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively, ensuring insights drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Market Research or Customer Insights roles, experience with customer experience / NPS / voice of customer projects will be preferred
- Expertise: Proven ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research projects, with a hands-on approach to understanding customer needs.
- Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to solve problems and offer insights that directly improve customer experiences.
- Collaboration: Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, and adept at working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
