About the Role :

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of Customer Relations Executive , with opportunities in Sales OR Account Management . You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Role :

• Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones in the Residential and Small Commercial segments.
• Promote and sell solutions through various channels, including hotline, online platforms, and in-person meetings.
• Support account servicing during busy periods.
• Assist with the development of new digital initiatives as the company evolves.

2. Account Management Role :

• Deliver high-quality customer service through hotline, email, and online platforms, handling customer inquiries efficiently.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships within the Residential, Small Commercial, and Tenants segments.
• Assist with digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

Requirements :

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in writing, presenting, and engaging with customers and other key parties.
• Prior experience or knowledge in relevant industries is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in a related field is an advantage.
