We're looking for a meticulous and independent individual to join our team.
You will be in charge of attending to customer's emails

• Reply to all online enquiries and is responsible for efficient, prompt and thoughtful response to customers.
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Process exchanges, returns and issue credits
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and process customer's exchanges and returns efficiently.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English
• Basic Excel Skills required
• Able to work independently
• Min education: Diploma preferred
• Minimum commitment of one year
• May be required to work on weekends

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required)

• Mandarin speaking / writing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• singapore citizenship (Required)
• age of 18-29 for this fresh grad position (Required)
• size of XS to XL to fit into our uniform (dress/skirt) (Required)
