Locations
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Benefits:

- Across 17 centres island-wide (East, North-East, North, West)
- 5 days’ work week (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)
- Flexible Working Hours (Shift Hours; Average 38 hours per week)
- Weekdays: Between 11:00am to 10:00pm and weekends: Between 8:30am to 8:00pm (Depending on allocated centres)
- Required to arrive 15 minutes earlier before the scheduled working time.
- Annual Leave (Begin with 10 days, additional 1 day every year, capped at 17 days)

- Assist in administrative duties pertaining to student and course registration matters.
- Provide professional service and advice to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their queries and concerns with a service-oriented attitude.
- Actively promote the organisation’s programmes to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Assist and follow-up with prospective or existing customers to promote new subjects and courses.
- Work towards company sales targets and to maximise retention.
- Handle customers enquiries, enrollment, payments and maintain accurate files for auditing.
- Establish a good rapport and build relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
- Assist Centre Manager in other duties.
- Attend company’s meetings when required.
- Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Minimum ‘N’ Level
- Able to commit on both weekends
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in technology and computer literate with MS Office
- Self-driven, independent, team player with strong service mindset
Pay: $2,400.00 - $3,500.00 per month
