JOB OUTLOOK
The Customer Service and Operations Executive will be responsible to assist our team to execute daily operations ensuring a positive customer experience maintaining company standards.
Job functions:

• Maintain regular contact with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Attend to customer orders/inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth and timely import, export and local deliveries.
• Prepare full set of shipping and delivery documents.
• Track orders, lead times, delivery dates.
• Assist with stock admin related matters
• Gather customer feedback and suggestions.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
