Job description – Customer Service Staff
6G Mustafa Pay is a new Remittance app that will offer customers to send remittances from their mobile phone. No need to queue at the money transfer agent anymore. Anyone with a Singapore phone number and a Singapore identity card (NRIC, Work Pass/S-Pass/Employment Pass) is eligible to become a 6G Mustafa Pay user.
We are now hiring part time Customer Service staff to support customers at the new customer service desks near Mustafa Centre Gate 1.
The working time is between 3pm and 8pm for 3 to 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, applicant may propose time they want to work).
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Benefits:

- Polytechnic degree or Polytechnic students preferred.

- Help new customers to download and install the app, register and activate remittance services by going through the e-KYC in the app.
- Show how to get support if they need help, through our Whatsapp and Messenger channels, from the website, or personal support at Mustafa Center Customer Service Desk.
- Be attentive to people passing by on the walkway showing an interest in 6G Mustafa Pay.
- Advise customers on appropriate actions to Topup and Send money.
- Stay current with our rates, system information, app function, changes and updates
- Give advice to customers when they have questions.
- Redirect difficult issues to our senior support team to resolve the issue
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
