Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Rest Days: 8 days per month
Job Description:
  • Employer: An immigration company hiring a customer service representative
  • Employer Size: 10+ employees
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers after the sales team completes a transaction
  • Contact clients who wish to apply for Singapore citizenship, collect required documents, and prepare submission paperwork
  • Worker Requirements:
  • Customer service experience (Malaysian experience is also acceptable)
  • Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English
  • Strong service orientation, willingness to learn, diligent and hardworking
  • Benefits: Salary increments based on performance, 7 days of annual leave, 14 days of sick leave, and additional benefits to be discussed during the interview
