About the team
Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, workplace service, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's internal employee data governance, including but not limited to Data Security Framework Development and Optimization;
2. Build and enhance the data security framework, conduct security risk assessments, and implement comprehensive data security governance measures;
3. Governance Projects and Risk Management: collaborate with internal control, legal, and other teams to design effective control processes, standards, and systems. Proactively manage risks and ensure the effectiveness of implementation;
4. Develop practical compliance remediation plans based on industry practices, relevant regulations, and standards;
5. Identify data security issues and risks, and make effective communication with stakeholders to continuously improve the company's data security level.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of relevant experience;
2. Understand data security principles, security risk governance frameworks, and be familiar with the company's internal audit and control processes.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Majored in Computer Science, IT Audit, Mathematics, or Law;
2. Experience in internal control, internal audit, enterprise risk management, compliance, process management, or product analysis;
3. Possess strong skills in data analysis, logical thinking, and risk awareness.
