The Demo & Training Intern - APAC will play a key role in supporting the team through various tasks focused on demonstration and training initiatives.
Who you report to: Director, Services – APAC, Oceania

What the job is all about:
As a promising intern on the Ross Video Services team, you’ll jump into action, working alongside our Singapore Demo Artist & Trainer and Service Delivery team on these exciting missions:

• Creating Demo Content: Assist in Designing and building Demo content for Tradeshows.
• AI Tool Innovation: Develop Chat GPT-based tools to support the Tech Support and Training teams with day-to-day tasks.
• Equipment Setup and Testing: Set up and test demo equipment prior to demonstrations.
• Customer Demonstrations and Training: Perform on-site, off-site, and remote on Ross Product and Workflow demonstrations and training for customers.
• Training Equipment Maintenance: Maintain training equipment, assisting with setup and testing gear before training sessions.

Who you are:We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern who is:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Digital Content Creation: Year 3 students are welcome to apply.
• Collaborative and proactive: Individuals focused on results and ready to make an impact.
• Strong communicators: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of delivering captivating presentations.
• Dynamic team players: Bring a positive attitude and a passion for creativity, thinking outside the box to contribute original ideas that drive innovation and collaboration.
• Tech-savvy: Experience in digitization or process automation is a plus.
