B. Job Description
- Attend regular meetings in Japanese language with the Japan HQ management team to coordinate the general functioning of the organisation
- Represent the organization and manage strong business relationships with key stakeholders (our partners and customers)
- Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable company policies, legislations, and industry regulations
- Responsible for budget planning and management, controlling cost expenditure, and ensuring that company resources are appropriately allocated across all departments
- Provide leadership and work closely with the senior management team to review and solve internal organizational issues where necessary
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth that align with the organization’s values, vision, and mission.
- Oversee and authorize all business transactions (i.e. management approvals, administrative paperwork, financial resources, and so on)
- Conducting and evaluating bi-annual performance reviews of managers
- Responsible for developing, driving, and implementing channel marketing activity through channel partners
- Overseeing day-to-day sales operation
- Build robust pipelines of new business opportunities to achieve growth target
- Possess in-depth knowledge of electronics / IT / Business
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a director or in a management role
- Experience working in the SI / ICT and Digital Marketing industry
- Self-motivated and can drive results with minimal oversight and direction
- Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with internal teams and agencies
- Good presentation skills and project management experience
- Strong financial acumen to make effective business decisions
- Experience participating in meetings in Japanese language as we have regular meetings with our Japan HQ management team conducted in Japanese language.
- Japanese language at business proficiency level to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ.
