4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and tailor solutions to achieve their trading needs and objectives.
5. Build and mentor a team of trading consultants and analysts to promote professional development, and align with the company’s goals.
6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client base and enhance service offerings.
7. Fulfil annual operation targets assigned by the board of directors.
