About Us

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

Job Description

(Selected candidate will be engaged under a third-party agency payroll for the tenure of employment in SRC)
Key Responsibilities:

Generate specific project procedures pertaining to document control processes & ensure the accuracy of the metadata of project documents,such as, number, title, revision, status, in accordance to project specifications
Manage all official project documents stored in the Document Management System & documentations between the Capital Project and other organization to ensure appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes
Provide accurate and current document review, receipt and issue information to project team members, engineering contractors, subcontractors and suppliers where applicable
Evaluate, manage and comply with the Company Document Control Processes, procedures and specification to ensure accurate records of all official project documents
Coordinate between Suppliers and Contractors to ensure compliance with SRC procedures
Expedite the review and finalization of asbuilt documentsfrom project team members, Suppliers and Contractorsto ensure timely submission during project closure

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Relevant work experience oil refinery/petrochemical, with knowledge in establishing and managing a electronic Document Management System for a major project is highly preferred
Experience in using commercial software or established Engineering Contractor's software to effectively manage the document transfer and tracking
