Responsibilities
  • Implement, control and maintain of all project documents structure, format and records
  • Track project documents lifecycle (recording revisions, revision purpose, distribution and transmittal histories)
  • Ensure reliability, irretrievability and traceability of the project data
  • Take ownership and be a champion / super user of the documentation control tools and system
  • Provide high level administration of document management
  • Implement project document control and maintenance workflow processes documentation
  • Support project closeout activities such as dispositioning, archiving and transitioning documents to customer, e.g. MRB
  • Provide status tracking and expediting efforts of all documents review in accordance with Contract requirements
  • Participate in meetings and minute/record all points of discussion accurately and concise.
Qualification
  • Min. with 3 years experiences as document controller
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Proficient in using computer and standard MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively
  • Ability to set and achieve goals and work well under pressure
  • Good team work and diligent
