Your role
- oversee the services provided by the Application Delivery team
- lead the development of the Proof-of-Concept, solutions
- provide technical expertise on the development of application software, ensuring the appropriate security & risk factors are considered
- lead Business Analysts and Developers to design and develop software components and to integrate 3rd party software components
- collaborate closely with the Service & Product Managers, Architects, Project Managers, and Business units
- oversee the third level support to investigate and fix production problems
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
- manage the relation with our near- and offshore delivery teams
- take pride in the quality of delivered software products and services (this is what drives you)

You’ll be working in the Client Document & Records Management Stream in one of our focused on a product pod in Singapore aligned to e COMMS & Transaction Archiving & Records Migration Crew
Your expertise
Your expertise:
You are:
- 5 years+ experience in IT engineering and application development
- know-how of agile development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)
- experience in integrating 3rd party software into an enterprise environment
- working experience on enterprise e-comms archiving, compliance, e-discovery solutions such as ZL Tech, Shield
- experience in managing globally spread resources and knowing about possibly related cultural aspects
- rational and analytical approach to problem solving, issue investigation and resolution
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
- strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire to work as part of a global team

- fluent in English
- used to work in a distributed team
- used to communicate effectively across varied areas including technology, business, and senior leadership
- used to work independently, handle multiple tasks and projects, and adapt to a constantly changing environment
- able to understand business processes and needs
