The Guided Systems Division focuses on the development of complex guided systems that require multi-disciplinary knowledge in navigation and control, guidance, aerodynamics, electrical, software and mechanical engineering.

Electronic Quality Control Assistant Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Develop QC inspection plan/QC checklists and Perform incoming and in process QC inspections for electronic modules/wire and cable harnessing assemblies
• Develop System integration QC inspection plan/checklists and Perform integration QC for system and subsystem integrations
• Perform external on-site contractor QC checks
• Report and resolve non-conformances and quality issues found during inspections and ensure corrective action is taken

Requirements

• Diploma / NITEC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Quality related discipline
• Familiar / certified to IPC standards such as IPC610/620 for electronic assemblies and wire/cable harness assemblies
• Familiar with Quality System Standards such as ISO9001/AS9100 or equivalent
• Ability to perform QC inspections for assemblies/cable harnessing/system integration
• Ability to communicate and deal with people in the course of the work
• Resourceful, have good teamwork, have integrity and problem solving skills
