Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing, updating and improving the document structure, storage, filing and archiving of the project and various departments in accordance with the project document system.
- Organize or guide the project and the reference staff of each department to carry out the daily maintenance and update of the project file system and ensure the effectiveness and integrity of the project file version and the timeliness of filing and archiving.
- Replace and clear updated or expired documents according to the distribution list.
- Distribute, sign and record according to the processing instructions of project telegram and meeting minutes, etc., to ensure the timely transmission of information.
- Responsible for drafting, typing, printing, sending and registration of external letters, faxes and documents of the project department; Notification, transmission and prompt of internal documents; And responsible for the custody, filing and archiving of the above documents.
- Responsible for the application of various construction materials on the project site.
- Be responsible for the construction scheme, engineering quality control point inspection and inspection of incoming engineering materials and other materials during the project construction.
- Organize the cleaning, classification, sorting and archiving of the project team's archives at the end of the project.
- Summarize the project document control work.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager or functional manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in archives management.
- Engaged in document management for at least 3 years, pharmaceutical equipment industry is preferred;
- Can accept high frequency of business trips or on-site residence.
