We’re looking to add an Engineer, R&D (Electronics) in Singapore . The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio .
As an Engineer, R&D (Electronics), you will:
Responsible for developing and designing the electronics architecture, circuits and systems for meeting future products specifications.

We’re looking to add an Engineer, R&D (Electronics) in Singapore . The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio .
As an Engineer, R&D (Electronics), you will:
Responsible for developing and designing the electronics architecture, circuits and systems for meeting future products specifications.
The key responsibilities are as below:
- Develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to enhance value for the business and customers.
- Perform system analysis to create optimized design solutions that meet specifications & all regulatory requirements, project timelines, and cost targets.
- Participate in technical discussions and presentation of design solutions to customer.
- Coordinate the fabrication, assembly and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance to specifications.
- Author of specifications, requirements and validation plans for design module assigned.
- Work with the Manufacturing team and suppliers throughout the product cycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to development and design in areas such as: Embedded Microprocessor Systems, Medical Product Design, IO Standards and Protocols (e.g., USB, IR, LAN, Bluetooth), Power Electronics (e.g., DC-DC, AC-DC converters), and Analog Technologies (e.g., sensing, signal conditioning).
- Any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the manager.
- Possess at least a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in embedded microprocessor system design, power management electronics and small signal analog design.
- Knowledge in PC architecture, High Speed IO Bus protocols (such as DDR, FSB, PCI-X), signal integrity techniques and high speed hardware design.
- Good understanding of product safety, environmental testing and EMC is an advantage.
- Experience in medical product compliance standard such as ISO13485, is preferred.
- Experience in product development is an advantage.
- Simulation tools & programing skills (eg. PSpice, Python) is added advantage.
- Good knowledge of electronics fundamental and principles.
- Team player with strong passion for product design.
- Overseas travel may be required.
