Team Introduction
High ethical standards and a culture of integrity will play a pivotal role in achieving the vision of the Ethics Office. The Ethics Office was created to guide ethical leadership and decision making; develop, educate, and raise awareness of internal policies; and lead and manage investigations.

We are currently looking for a communications resource to support the development and production of content assets for internal marketing and communications activities. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with several teams across countries. This position will be based in Singapore. The foundation is being able to understand the communication needs of our employee audience, and turn them into ideas, designs, concepts, and communication plans to support employee communications and activities to strengthen the ethical culture at Tik Tok.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit till end January 2025. We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit in either internship period. Please state your availability clearly in your resume (Start date, End date).

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling and impactful content for our internal communications channels, such as our wiki pages and our internal social media channels, to support the Ethics Office messages and strategies.
• Copywriting, drafting articles or training content for internal and external purposes, with a focus on ethics and compliance related topics. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner will be crucial.
• Utilize strategic planning templates to organize and present campaign information, timing and priorities, etc to ensure successful execution of campaigns/events.
• Support the team in administrative duties and event organization. Attention to details and organizational skills will be highly valuable.
• Be part of various projects, including internal campaigns and promotional videos. Your creativity and dedication will help us effectively engage our audience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree/master in business communication or a related technical discipline.
• Have the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Have a desire to learn and apply marketing/sales concepts in a real-world environment.
• Video/Visual production knowledge (Adobe Illustrator/Premier Pro/Photoshop, Cap Cut, Canva), content marketing skills and an agile learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working in both a team environment and on solo projects.
• Effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
