Your responsibilities:

• Support the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to final execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Manage event sign-ups across various platforms.
• Facilitate seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure a smooth planning process.
• Provide administrative support, such as document preparation and RSVP management, while contributing creative ideas to enhance our events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus.
• A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
