As an F45 Coach, you will:
- Lead dynamic, high-energy F45 Group Training sessions
- Motivate and support members to push past their limits and reach their goals
- Foster a results-focused, community-driven environment within the studio
- Inspire others to embrace a healthy, active lifestyle
- Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and stay at the top of your game
- Ensure the smooth operation of the studio
- Manage membership related issue and member's feedback
- Ensure club safety, cleanliness and hygiene standard are met.
What You Bring:
- Personal Training Qualification (or international equivalent)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Based in Singapore
- At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry
- Fresh grads are welcome as training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate
- A positive, outgoing personality that drives results and brings out the best in others
