About the Role:
The Field Safety Corrective Action (FCA) Manager provides important support to the Regional FCA Lead and Field Corrective Action Team to assist in the timely execution of Field Corrective Actions. The FCA Manager will work with the team in implementing FCAs in the region, assist in FCA reconciliation and work with the global team on developing responses to Competent Authorities on FCA actions. The role requires a detailed oriented professional with strong written and verbal communications skills able to work efficiently and effectively under tight timelines.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, FCA Asia, you will be accountable for:

• Implementation and re-conciliation management of Field Safety Corrective Actions(FCA).
  • As a part of FCA team, plan the FCA strategy including timeline, milestones, resources, and activities when FCA decision determined by FCA review board.
  • Based on the FCA strategy, lead the FCA preparation collaborate with APAC QA members in each county.
  • Monitor the progress of FCA execution and reporting activities, identifying and resolving any issues or roadblocks promptly to meet deadlines and compliance and quality requirements.
• Being the point of contact for communication with competent authorities on Field Corrective Actions in the APAC Region; other regions as necessary.
• Managing internal/ external service providers supporting the process: Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance, Legal.
• Work in an international context within the Global Quality and Regulatory Team.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities on FCA process.
• Manages special projects and other duties within scope as needed

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:

• A Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Life Science, Engineering, or Physical Science with an advanced technical degree.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of FCA, ideally in a large multinational organization.
• Proficient with standard functions in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Demonstrated strength in business communication across all levels of organization.
• Customer focused.
• Project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in APAC region, especially for key Competent Authorities, such Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan.
• Conscientious and reliable work style.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional language skills, such as Japanese, are a plus
