Financial Accounting Manager

- Support and coordinate the organizational development and operation management of the financial systems in overseas operation countries, improve financial management standards and procedural systems, supervise their execution to ensure the smooth operation of local financial systems, and facilitate efficient connectivity with headquarters;
- Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, auditing tasks related to operations in the countries, as well as reports required by headquarters;
- Conduct various types of audit projects, identify significant company risks and control loopholes, and provide audit recommendations;
- Assist the company in improving relevant systems and processes, standardize internal audit work, enhance the quality of audit work, including participating in the formulation of standard audit programs and internal audit guidelines;
- Support local compliance construction.
- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time Japanese university, majoring in finance, accounting, or related fields;
- More than 5 years of financial-related work experience, with over 2 years of third-party auditing experience, preference given to those with experience in the financial industry;
- Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and proficient use of financial software;
- Preference given to those with auditing experience from accounting firms.
Pay: From $7,500.00 per month
