This is a full-time Financial Analyst - Deals & Transactions role based in Singapore. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities, executing investment transactions, and monitoring investment performance. You will work closely with the investment team to conduct financial due diligence, develop financial models, and prepare investment memos. Additionally, you will assist in portfolio management. Additionally, you will be conducting due diligence, financial analysis and creating financial models in relation to other transactions and deals. The candidate will be involved in assessing such opportunities and working with the relevant team members to assess the opportunities and closing such transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Applicants should have graduated from renowned Universities and have a strong education background
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of investment and financial analysis techniques
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
