Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated Finance and Admin Executive. You have the chance to be one of our core team to implement systems and procedures to corporatize our business.


Responsibilities:


Operation

• Monitor and daily report on supplier performance

• Produce operational statistics

• Process payments to suppliers
  

Finance

• Responsible for the full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting for worldwide business

• Perform bookkeeping general ledger, AP, cash management, and bank reconciliation

• Ensure all accounting records are kept up-to-date and maintained promptly and accurately

• Handle all regulatory submissions including GST returns

• Liaise with the external auditor and tax agents

• Handle ad-hoc assignments.
  

Admim Functions

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Admin function

• Responsible for payroll process, claims expenses, and other related matters

• Process Work pass application, renewable and cancellation

• Process Visa for employees
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or equivalent or interested in such area

• Better possess knowledge of GST, Local Tax Regulations, and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)

• Self-motivated, well organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task

• Ability to converse and liaise with external English and Chinese-speaking vendors and suppliers
