Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial management, including regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to navigate the dynamic needs of a growing company.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Capex, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

• Lead and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end close processes, managing statutory reporting and working closely with external auditors and vendors

• Implement and maintain rigorous financial controls and processes to support scalability and compliance

• Oversee tax compliance, manage and comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings

• Assist in prepare financial and investor reports, aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to the development of accounting and finance functions from the ground up
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA qualification preferred

• 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 and industry experience

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly advantageous

• Proven track record in establishing and improving financial processes and controls

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Demonstrates adaptability, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
