- Create new profiles in line with regional taste, needs and preferences
- Interact with key customers regionally in order to understand their requirements
- Lead technical laboratories (compounding & GCMS)
- Liaise directly with R&D France on relevant project work
- Support the introduction of new materials in the Singapore creative portfolio
- Support the scale up of new formulations and production
- Proactively works on new molecules, and other specific areas of improvement
- Able to mentor others within the organisation – trainee and associate flavourists
- Be involved with external stakeholders - industry bodies, flavourist associations, etc.

Be connected regionally in sharing knowledge, teamwork and strategic partnerships
Required Skills:
- Subject matter expert in raw materials and flavour creation techniques
- Minimum 5 years of experience within industry
- Posses self-interest in attaining knowledge in the area of flavour chemistry and flavour creation
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills
- Posses management and organisational skills
- Able to efficiently solve issues at hand

Posses strong sense of palatable taste, especially in the discrimination and articulation of ingredients, flavours and applications

Academic Qualifications
Minimum entry level is a science degree (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences etc.)
Preferable a Master’ degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Engineering and/or Chemistry Engineering
