We are a Singapore market research company and we regularly run studies such as focus groups, and interviews with consumers.
The days for the study will be 29 November till 3 December 2024 at the Kaki Bukit MRT area.
This role requires the following steps:
1. We will provide you with a list of certain details of shortlisted/selected market research participants on a password-protected google sheet
2. You will set up a Whats App/SMS group with the confirmed participant, yourself and Assembled Personnel
3. You will Whats App/SMS to confirm the participants selected for the study with template messages
4. You will follow up with selected participants to ensure they turn up for their study on time with prompt reminders over Whats App/SMS
5. Once the participant arrives, we will be providing specific instructions on providing a good experience to the research participants in our research briefing to you. Each study has a specific procedure that is followed as per the profile of the participant for the research.
6. You will also be required to provide welcoming full assistance during the study onsite including setting up the venue, guiding participants to complete the study and post-study clean up.
