Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and passionate freelance translators to join our team!
Scope:
Translate and summarize news articles and headlines into a written summary in English, following a specific format.
Requirements:

Prior experience in freelance translation
Strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of technical terms (briefing will be provided)
Proficiency in vernacular Chinese/ Malay, and English is essential for translation
Ability to work during allocated time slots based on newspaper publication schedules
Long-term commitment is preferred

Assignments typically last 2 to 3 hours each morning, starting from 6:30 AM. Freelancers can work from home using their personal laptops.
