Freelance Web Developer / Designer (Potential for Part-time / Full-time Conversion)
Conquest Creatives is expanding its operations, and we’re seeking a talented and self-motivated Web Developer/Designer to join our team. This freelance position offers the potential for conversion to part-time or full-time as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate will have experience building corporate/business websites and be comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Conquest Creatives is expanding its operations, and we’re seeking a talented and self-motivated Web Developer/Designer to join our team. This freelance position offers the potential for conversion to part-time or full-time as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate will have experience building corporate/business websites and be comfortable working to deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, and maintain websites using platforms such as Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Word Press, and Elementor.
- Write and implement custom HTML, CSS, and Java Script code.
- Manage website migrations efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Create and design customised website templates aligned with business goals.
- Implement on-page SEO to optimise websites for search engines.
- Lead projects independently and, where necessary, guide a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with our UI designer on UI/UX aspects, with a focus on user-friendly design (UI/UX experience is preferred but not essential).
- Handle corporate and business-focused websites, understanding the needs and professionalism required for such projects.
- Work comfortably with deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
- Maintain strong communication with the team, working remotely with reliability and accountability.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with platforms like Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, Word Press, and Elementor.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and custom coding.
- Experience with corporate/business websites.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong body of work, particularly with business-oriented sites and proficiency in Elementor.
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with on-page SEO best practices.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, with the ability to lead a team when required.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Reliable, with the ability to work remotely and maintain a positive attitude.
